Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, both internal and external, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, damage, or unauthorized activity.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment, responding promptly and appropriately to any alerts.
- Control access to premises, verifying identities, issuing passes, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Respond to incidents such as emergencies, disturbances, or suspicious activities, taking immediate action as per established protocols.
- Liaise with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) as required during critical incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients, offering assistance and guidance when needed.
- Perform routine checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
- Assist in evacuation procedures during drills or actual emergencies.
Required Skills
- Valid Security Guard license (if applicable in Czech Republic) or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role (e.g., security guard, military, police).
- Excellent observational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to operate CCTV and alarm systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to conduct patrols and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and system monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Czech and English languages.
- First Aid and/or Fire Safety certification.
- Experience with advanced security technologies.
- Previous experience in a corporate or industrial security environment.
- Clean criminal record.
