Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on new product features and best practices to maximize their return on investment.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for the Customer Success team.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to client management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales and marketing landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with LinkedIn products and solutions (e.g., Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions).
  • Familiarity with the talent acquisition, marketing, or sales technology ecosystem.
  • Project management certification or experience.
