Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and support various departmental initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Facilitate internal communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Support data entry, report generation, and basic data analysis to inform operational decisions.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
- Oversee office supply management, equipment coordination, and general administrative support for the Green Meadows office.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.
- Act as a key liaison between different teams, ensuring seamless information flow and collaborative efforts.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required to support the team's objectives.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2.5 years (30 months) of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
