Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions for hosts and guests.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement new operational policies, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Community Support) to drive project execution and system enhancements.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding operational updates and resolutions.
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge base articles to empower support teams and educate our community.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational health and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or customer support role, preferably in a tech or hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
