Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support to Airbnb guests and hosts via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve a wide range of inquiries including booking issues, account management, technical troubleshooting, and policy clarification.
- De-escalate challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Airbnb's platform, policies, and services.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
