Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with driver-partners and delivery-partners, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with Uber's standards.
- Monitor local market performance metrics, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions to optimize supply and demand.
- Conduct field visits and community outreach events to build strong relationships with the partner network and gather market insights.
- Support the onboarding and activation process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Implement and execute local marketing and engagement initiatives to foster partner loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including city operations, product, and marketing, to launch new features and programs.
- Manage and resolve complex operational issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report on local trends, performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, community management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for field activities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
