Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, technological advancements, and consumer behavior within the telecommunications sector.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using various statistical tools and research methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive, high-quality research reports, white papers, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
- Identify key insights and actionable strategic recommendations to support business development, product innovation, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and strategy, to integrate research findings into business operations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging research methodologies, and best practices to continually enhance our research capabilities.
- Manage research projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Design and execute surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other primary research activities remotely.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a research-oriented role, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar statistical software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field.
- Previous experience specifically within the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual project management.
- Proficiency in Swedish is considered a strong asset.
