Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential customers in a retail or direct sales setting to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate Virgin Group products and services in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide expert advice and personalized solutions, matching customer needs with appropriate Virgin offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Virgin Group offerings, promotions, and relevant industry trends.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using designated systems.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
