Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of bakery products according to Tesco's recipes and quality standards.

- Assist customers with product selections, answer questions, and provide a high level of customer service.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and finished products, reporting shortages to management.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Package and price bakery items accurately.
- Support the wider store team as needed during peak periods.
