Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex diaries and schedules for medical professionals, coordinating appointments, meetings, and procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and external stakeholders, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails, and faxes, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.

Required Skills
