Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities with prospective clients across various industries in Singapore.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute effective strategies for client acquisition, including cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their talent acquisition challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- Present RGF's recruitment services and value proposition to potential clients through compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close service agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment consultants to ensure successful placement of candidates and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Actively participate in professional development programs and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to team success.
