Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to production teams and departments.
  • Assist with scheduling, preparing call sheets, and coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for cast and crew.
  • Manage production calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Support budget tracking, processing invoices, managing petty cash reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.
  • Prepare and distribute essential production documents, scripts, research materials, and briefing packs.
  • Act as a central point of contact, efficiently liaising with internal departments, external suppliers, and contributors.
  • Assist on location or in studio as required, helping with setup, breakdown, and general operational needs to ensure smooth running of shoots.
  • Organise and maintain production files, databases, and digital asset management systems to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Conduct basic research and fact-checking to support editorial content accuracy and creative development.
  • Handle general office duties specific to the production unit, including managing phone calls, emails, and visitor reception.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced administrative or production support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for document and data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling to financial tracking.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a 'can-do' approach.
