Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations, including route planning, staff deployment, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery services.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement strategies to optimize delivery efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and customer service expectations.
- Address and resolve operational issues, customer inquiries, and staff concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide hands-on support during peak periods or in challenging operational situations.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, incidents, and team performance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, transportation, or field operations (minimum 3 years)
- Strong understanding of operational processes and efficiency optimization
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using operational software and basic office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
