Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established schedules and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to operational performance, inventory, and resource allocation.

  • Resolve operational discrepancies and issues promptly, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies within the operational framework.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new operational staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
  • Manage and organize operational documentation, including permits, licenses, and contractual agreements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative coordination role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
