Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured rotational program across various departments (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, Operations).
- Support project teams by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing presentations.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to understand business processes and contribute to departmental goals.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training modules, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
- Contribute to the identification of process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required for assigned projects and tasks.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
