Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics reporting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and various stakeholders.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze business drivers, and support decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
