Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new clients within the Mishawaka area.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for prospective and existing clients.
- Present, explain, and recommend suitable Manulife/John Hancock financial products and services, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and retirement plans.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and excellent service.
- Stay informed about market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes in the financial services industry.
- Ensure all client interactions and sales processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role (2+ years preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Active Life & Health insurance license.
- FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 7 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
