Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present key metrics and performance indicators.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business questions and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and analyses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
