Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products, policies, and services.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely information to resolve customer concerns and answer questions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and self-service options.
- Process transactions, update account information, and complete necessary documentation with high accuracy.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).
