Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, executing repairs promptly and effectively.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption.
- Conduct carpentry, painting, plastering, and general repairs to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of facilities.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and material usage.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects, overseeing their work for quality assurance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related trade (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, basic electrical, and plumbing principles.
- Proficiency with various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
