Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and the compilation of information for reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Facilitate internal communication by preparing newsletters or announcements as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
