Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of domestic and international shipments.
  • Process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory records.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and queries.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Support warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Maintain organised and accurate digital and physical records.
  • Participate in regular stock takes and inventory reconciliations.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
