Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Shopify clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value with their Shopify stores.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic guidance.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to assess client performance, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert consultation on Shopify features, apps, and best practices to optimize client's e-commerce operations, sales, and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell/cross-sell Accenture's services and solutions.
- Monitor client health, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks and ensure retention.
- Educate clients on new Shopify updates, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Shopify platform and its core functionalities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on client outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, BigCommerce).
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
- Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Previous experience working for a consulting firm or agency.
- Shopify certifications or relevant e-commerce industry certifications.
