Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured rotation program across various departments, including operations, marketing, finance, and technology.
 - Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects under the guidance of senior leaders.
 - Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
 - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and organizational objectives.
 - Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to team members and management.
 - Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and engage in continuous learning to develop new skills and competencies.
 - Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, and customer solutions.
 - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
 
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (obtained within the last 12-24 months).
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
