Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in various settings (in-store, events, outreach programs) to generate new sales leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements for mobile, internet, TV, and smart home solutions.
- Present and demonstrate Telus products and services clearly and persuasively, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including new activations, upgrades, and service changes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Telus product updates.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Accurately record customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
