You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business leaders, to understand complex requirements, analyze current processes, and recommend actionable improvements. You will be responsible for defining project scope, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting the entire project lifecycle from conception to implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
 - Gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements from various stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
 - Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows for development teams.
 - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and are technically feasible.
 - Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
 - Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and test plans.
 - Support the quality assurance process by developing test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
 - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
 - Provide post-implementation support and analyze the effectiveness of deployed solutions.
 - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis.
 
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
 - Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
 - Experience with process modeling and data flow diagrams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 - CBAP or CCBA certification.
 - Experience in the telecommunications industry.
 - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
 - Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
 - Knowledge of SQL for data querying.
