Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to methodologies and standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources, meetings, and project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and escalate them to Project Managers with proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation for assigned projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Organize and maintain project files and records, ensuring information is current and easily accessible.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a strong asset.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
