Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from various sources to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings.
- Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast outcomes and inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and written reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization across the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in data analytics.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas)
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
