Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert remote technical support for Bell Canada's suite of products and services, including internet, TV, wireless, and home phone.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately using various diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, device setup, and service configuration over the phone or via chat.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems.
- Educate customers on product features, service benefits, and self-help options to enhance their overall experience.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and effective communication.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
