Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner to understand their needs.
- Showcase and sell Bell's full suite of products and services, including mobile phones, internet, TV, and smart home solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support, troubleshooting minor issues and escalating as needed.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are clean and stocked.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
