Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential customers in various settings to introduce StarHub's products and services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored telecommunications and digital solutions.
  • Deliver compelling, clear, and persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Accurately process new customer sign-ups and sales orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed challenging but attainable daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of StarHub's diverse product offerings, ongoing promotions, and the competitive market landscape.
