Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using industry-standard tools.
- Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making across operational, financial, and customer service departments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis, develop predictive models, and provide forecasting insights.
- Present complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
