Job Description
Hydro One is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our operational excellence. You will be instrumental in maintaining detailed and accurate project documentation, including scope changes, risk registers, and decision logs. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and identify potential risks or issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed minutes.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Support resource allocation and track resource utilization across projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and status updates.
- Manage project correspondence and ensure timely information flow.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Required Skills
