Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to designated areas for data collection, including market prices, farmer needs, and product feedback.
- Assist in the registration and onboarding processes for new farmers and vendors onto the Twiga Foods platform.
- Distribute informational materials, product samples, and other relevant resources to field stakeholders.
- Support the successful implementation of various field activities, community outreach programs, and special projects.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with farmers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all field activities and data collected using digital tools.
- Report challenges, opportunities, and emerging trends observed in the field to relevant departments.
- Adhere strictly to all operational guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies during field work.
- Provide basic training and guidance to farmers/vendors on using Twiga Foods applications and services.
- Represent Twiga Foods professionally and positively in all interactions within the community.
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, diligence, and accountability.
- Physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.

- Fluency in English and Swahili is essential.
