Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of individual and small business clients.
- Proactively identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate Absa products and services, including savings, loans, insurance, and digital banking solutions.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and business growth objectives through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to provide suitable advice and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to Absa's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide relevant financial advice.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and relationship management skills.
- Contribute to the branch's overall performance and participate in team meetings and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
