Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, offering assistance and answering inquiries.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations across various departments, including automotive, hardware, and home goods.
  • Assist customers with product selection, location, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor displays, ensuring products are properly priced and merchandised.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
