Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, offering assistance and answering inquiries.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations across various departments, including automotive, hardware, and home goods.
- Assist customers with product selection, location, and demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor displays, ensuring products are properly priced and merchandised.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
