Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving processes.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, track attendance, and support payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and merchandising standards.
  • Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide insights to improve efficiency.
  • Support the store management team with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and communication.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new operational procedures and technologies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a professional and friendly demeanor when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Required Skills
