Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage all store operations to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded, addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation to optimize product availability and visual appeal.
- Manage store financials, including budgeting, P&L statements, expense control, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements.
- Implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and local community engagement programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment for both customers and employees.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery or large-format retail environment.
