Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and various departments, ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.

  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
