Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, products are neatly arranged, and display areas are appealing.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise, checking for quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are always available for customers.
- Handle product expiration dates and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the store as required, ensuring security and readiness.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge within the retail sector.
