Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming products against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications, preparing them for timely shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and efficiency targets.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
- Assist with loading trucks and ensuring accurate dispatch of outgoing shipments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
