Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and check incoming products against invoices and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications, preparing them for timely shipment.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (training provided as needed).
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and efficiency targets.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Assist with loading trucks and ensuring accurate dispatch of outgoing shipments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
