Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product location.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and surrounding aisles.
- Bag groceries carefully and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and food safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist with restocking shelves or other duties as needed.
