Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring merchandise is presented neatly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas.
- Support inventory management through receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store flow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security standards.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance retail knowledge and customer service skills.
