Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor product quality and consistency, ensuring all items meet Woolworths' presentation and taste standards.
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production and smooth daily operations.
- Assist with decorating, packaging, and displaying baked goods attractively.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a retail or food service environment (minimum 12 months)
