Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, locating products, and making recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain appealing product displays according to store standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, registers, and common areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and preparing items for display.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required, including cash handling and store security.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
