Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding ANZ Bank's products, services, and digital banking solutions.
  • Assist customers with account management, transactions, dispute resolution, and problem-solving in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant banking solutions, referring them to specialist teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all banking products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and uphold service standards.
  • Adhere to all compliance, security, and privacy regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
