Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
 - Provide accurate information and assistance regarding ANZ Bank's products, services, and digital banking solutions.
 - Assist customers with account management, transactions, dispute resolution, and problem-solving in a timely and efficient manner.
 - Identify customer needs and offer relevant banking solutions, referring them to specialist teams when necessary.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all banking products, services, policies, and regulatory requirements.
 - Accurately document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
 - Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and uphold service standards.
 - Adhere to all compliance, security, and privacy regulations.
 - Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
 - Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer journey and provide constructive feedback.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services sector.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
 - Proficiency in using CRM software and general office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
 - A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
 - High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
 - Experience with banking software and digital platforms.
 - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction targets.
