Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Present and sell a wide range of ANZ Bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and basic investment products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall branch profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding bank offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to specialist advisors when appropriate.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Represent ANZ Bank professionally and courteously at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
