As an ANZ Bank Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for proactively identifying sales opportunities, presenting product benefits, and ensuring our customers receive comprehensive and clear information. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Present and sell a wide range of ANZ Bank products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and basic investment products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall branch profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding bank offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to specialist advisors when appropriate.

  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Represent ANZ Bank professionally and courteously at all times.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer groups.
