Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance, and liaising with vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
