Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective borrowers to assess financial needs and goals.
 - Educate clients on various mortgage products, terms, and conditions, ensuring full understanding.
 - Guide clients through the entire loan application process, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
 - Analyze financial information, credit reports, and property details to determine eligibility and recommend suitable options.
 - Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
 - Collaborate with underwriters, loan processors, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan closures.
 - Adhere strictly to all compliance requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.
 - Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
 - Prepare and present mortgage proposals, clearly outlining benefits and risks.
 
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial advisory role.
 - Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
 - Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending regulations, and the loan lifecycle.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
 - Proficiency in mortgage origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
 - NMLS license (or ability to obtain one promptly upon hiring) is mandatory.
