Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop detailed program plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular program status reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, analysis, or management (min. 3 years preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).

Preferred Qualifications
